Client Communication Regarding COVID-19: Moving Forward
As we look toward opening our new office, the health, wellness and safety of our clients, practitioner(s), and community are always first and foremost at Compassionate Edge Inc. Since there are still many unknowns surrounding the COVID-19, it is necessary to take additional steps to protect ourselves and you - our clients.
We will be closely monitoring, and will comply with, the governor's recommendations for re-opening.
We are now offering telehealth services through the use of interactive audio and video technology.
Our platform is HIPAA compliant, to protect your privacy and confidentiality. Clients can participate in sessions from home, or any location determined appropriate by the client, practitioner, and insurance provider. If a client does not have the technical capability to participate in sessions from home (no internet connection or access to smart phones with cellular connection) they can participate in therapy at the office.
We want to thank everyone for their understanding, patience, and support. Compassionate Edge Inc. is following all CDC guidelines for sanitation and taking preventive measures to fight against COVID-19.
