Jalaine Hart (She/Hers) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master of Science in Counseling from Northern Illinois University. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education, also at Northern Illinois University, Jalaine is committed to assisting clients of all ages, including children, adolescents/teens, and young adults, in replacing life’s issues and concerns with evidence-based practices to support mental wellness.

As a Licensed Counselor with 5+ years of experience, Jalaine recognizes life is a journey with many obstacles that can lead to a variety of emotions. When those emotions become heavy and overwhelming, it is important to have a safe environment to work through your thoughts and feelings. Jalaine leverages this experience to meet you where you are and support you in your journey to find inner strength and a balanced sense of self. She believes that being emotionally healthy does not mean you are happy all the time; it means you are aware and able to manage your emotions when they occur.
