Sometimes everyday life can leave you feeling heavy. When that weight becomes overwhelming it is important to find a safe environment to work through your feelings and emotions. Emotional wellness can directly impact your physical health. As a licensed professional counselor, I want to meet you where you are and support you during this journey to find inner strength and a balanced sense of self. Your emotional well-being is my goal, helping you manage your feelings is key. Being emotionally healthy does not mean being happy all the time, it means you are aware and able to manage your emotions when they occur.
My area of specialty includes but is not limited to, working with children, adolescents and young adults dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, and other emotional concerns. I assist clients that are struggling with feelings of sadness and worry, self-esteem issues, stress management, and coping with day to
day obstacles in life.
My therapeutic approach is solution-focused, client-centered and strength based. I aid clients in understanding their best self, while creating new and healthy coping mechanisms. I am a Licensed professional Counselor and an affiliate of The Compassionate Edge Counseling Services Team. I am currently unable to accept new clients.
