Allie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor who takes a warm, yet direct and solution-focused approach to therapy. She believes therapy should be purposeful and tailored to the individual and not an endless process that continues simply because it can. Her goal is to help clients gain insight into their challenges, identify practical steps forward, build the skills they need, and recognize when they are ready to move forward independently.

Her approach combines compassion with practical problem-solving. Clients can expect to be heard and understood, but they can also expect thoughtful questions, honest feedback, and appropriate challenge when it can help them grow. Sessions are focused on developing realistic tools and strategies that can be used outside of the therapy office, identifying goals, and skill development, not simply accumulating additional insight without meaningful change.
