In our work, I draw on evidence-based therapies that integrate mind and body. I primarily use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which allows your brain to process painful memories so they no longer carry the same weight or emotional intensity. I also incorporate DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to strengthen emotion regulation and relationship skills, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you reconnect with your values and take meaningful steps forward.

Clients who come to me for trauma recovery, anxiety, grief, stress, or relationship challenges often notice real changes: better sleep, fewer triggers, stronger relationships, less shame, and a renewed sense of self-compassion. Most importantly, they begin to feel like themselves again. They are living, not just surviving.
